Frank Heine, who was charged with the forgery of the "secret treaty,' which caused a stir recently, has been ordered by an Antwerp Court (says a Central News message) to pay 1,000 francs damages to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, on a charge of plagiarism.

While working for for an Antwerp newspaper. Heine wrote a serial story which was declared to have been based upon one of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's own stories.

Sir Arthur immediately took proceedings against Heine and the newspaper.
