Following Catherine Cooke's 'Notes from a Lumber-Room' (The Parish Magazine: 12, pp. 19-22, Society member Eric J. Leach contacted us to say that he had obtained photographs of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, taken during the ceremony to lay the foundation stone at Kingston Spiritualist Church on 23 April 1927.
