- Lady Maynooth was the wife of the Earl of Maynooth and mother of Ronald Adair (EMPT 33).
- She had returned from Australia to undergo an operation for cataract, and she, her son Ronald Adair, and her daughter Hilda Adair were living together at 427 Park Lane (EMPT 14).
