Council Meeting
held on Wednesday, June 25, 1919 at 28 Charing Cross Rd., W.C.2 at 6.15 p.m.

The minutes of the last Council Meeting were read and confirmed.
All applicants for Membership since the last Meeting were elected Members.
The details of the Annual Dinner on Monday, June 30, 1919 were gone into.
Letter dated June 10, 1919 from Mr. Justine Eve accepting the Club's invitation to the dinner was read. It was decided to request him to propose the Toast of "The Road".
Letters from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Sir H. Rider Haggard expressing regret at being unable to attend to attend the dinner were read.
These letters are attached to the Minutes.
It was decided to ask Mr. James Edgell to propose the Toast of "The Visitors" and Mr. Howard-Mercer that of "The Chairman".
