Miss Holmes Returns (play 2026)
Miss Holmes Returns is an American play, written by Christopher Walsh and directed by Brad Norris, performed at the Fells Point Corner Theater (Baltimore, MD, USA) from 24 april to 17 may 2026, starring Sharon Maguire as Miss Sherlock Holmes and Emma Grace Dunbar as Dr. Dorothy Watson.
The play is a sequel of the 2024 Miss Holmes, which saw Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic characters reinvented as women in a Victorian-era England that was not ready for them to take on "men's work," Holmes and Watson have been playing the game for several years and have gained quite a reputation. So, when a nurse and activist finds herself on the run, wanted for murder, and threatened by sinister figures from the shadowy criminal underworld, she turns to Miss Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Dorothy Watson for help.
