In The Valley of Fear, they are two different characters :
Scowrer member
- Reilly, and Manders, were John McMurdo's two reckless youngsters of The Scowrers chosen for a "job" against Chester Wilcox, i.e. blowing his house (VALL 3452).
Lawyer
- Reilly was the lawyer in Vermissa whom Boss McGinty used to handle Scowrer legal trouble (VALL 3211).
