Article
Among many pleasant cards and other mementoes of the Christmas season I received a photograph from my friend, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. "Perhaps,"
he said, "you would like to publish this portrait of my son, Denis, aged twenty months."
Naturally I am delighted to rejoice the heart of a proud father. Sir Conan Doyle has given us all a great deal of pleasure in the years that are gone. We are in the debt of the creator of "Sherlock Holmes" for many a thrill. May his son, Denis, grow up to be half as clever a man and half as kindly as his father, and he will do very well.
