BRUSSELS, Tuesday. — The man who forged the "secret military alliance" between France and Belgium, Albert Frank Heine, has been ordered by a Court in Antwerp to pay damages of 1,000fr. to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle for plagiarising one of his stories.

Heine formerly worked for an Antwerp paper which published a serial story which he wrote for it. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle took proceedings against the paper and the author.
