- Alice Charpentier was the daughter of Madame Charpentier (STUD 1142), owner of "Charpentier's Boarding Establishment" at Torquay Terrace, Camberwell (STUD 1024) where Joseph Stangerson and Enoch J. Drebber stayed (STUD 1110).
- She was bullied by Enoch J. Drebber (STUD 1162), and her brother Arthur Charpentier pursued Drebber to thrash him (STUD 2379).
