BRUSSELS, Tuesday, March 12.

Frank Heine, the author of the forged Franco-Belgian treaty, was ordered by the Antwerp court yesterday to pay Sir Arthur Conan Doyle one-half of 1,000 francs damages (about £28 [1]) for plagiarising one of his stories, the other half to be paid by the newspaper which printed the story.
