• Mr. Williamson was a white-bearded man who lived alone with a small staff of servants at Charlington Hall (SOLI 240).

• He was an unfrocked clergyman who performed the sham "marriage" between Jack Woodley and the unwilling Violet Smith (SOLI 361).

• Williamson was tried for abduction and assault, and got seven years (SOLI 503).
