• Mrs. Oldmore was a guest of the Northumberland Hotel. She lived at High Lodge, Alton (HOUN 871).

• She was an invalid lady (HOUN 877).

• Her husband was once Mayor of Gloucester (HOUN 878).

• Only two names had been added after that of Sir Henry Baskerville in the Northumberland Hotel's register, Theophilus Johnson and family, of Newcastle, the other Mrs. Oldmore and maid (HOUN 868).
