Teeth Marks is the 7th episode in season 1 of the American TV series Watson aired on 23 march 2025 on CBS, starring Morris Chestnut as Dr. Watson. 43 min.
A frightened woman named Ginny shows up at the emergency hospital injured and realizes her memory resets about every three minutes, making her desperate to prove she isn't just psych. Dr. Watson takes her seriously when she insists something is eating her from the inside, and a crucial imaging workup reveals the bizarre culprit: an ovarian teratoma (a tumor that can contain teeth), which is removed surgically and restores her clarity. While the team works the case, Dr. Watson's ongoing decline flares—he experiences auditory hallucinations of Sherlock Holmes' voice and starts worrying someone is engineering his symptoms. The Moriarty thread escalates hard: Shinwell Johnson is pressured to switch Dr. Watson's meds, and Watson asks Dr. Stephens Croft to analyse his pills, revealing being hallucinogenic meds. The episode ends by widening Moriarty's net beyond Shinwell — Dr. Derian's cryptic messages lead to a confrontation that strongly implies Moriarty knows her darkest secret, too.
