Porsche, the camgirl.
Watson.

The Camgirl Inquiry is the 6th episode in season 1 of the American TV series Watson aired on 16 march 2025 on CBS, starring Morris Chestnut as Dr. Watson. 43 min.

While Dr. Stephens Croft talks to a camgirl ("Porsche") she suddenly looks ill and then collapses, forcing him to admit the relationship to Dr. Watson and ask for help. The Holmes Clinic turns it into a detective race: using tiny visual clues from her stream and apartment, they track her down through multiple identities (including Annie Wilson and later Kathryn Petruccio) and get her to the hospital just as she goes into septic shock. When antibiotics don't work, a call from her mother reveals she was bitten by a rabbit back home, leading the team to diagnose a rare infection described as a "version of the black plague," and they treat her in time. The emotional payoff is that Porsche survives and Stephens finally stops treating his loneliness like a shameful secret, even as he sets boundaries about what their connection will be going forward. In the ongoing arcs, Dr. Watson's guilt over Sherlock Holmes resurfaces, Shinwell Johnson continues swapping Watson's pills under Moriarty's pressure, and Dr. Lubbock's friction with Dr. Derian culminates in Dr. Lubbock ending her engagement with Zach.
