Herbert M. Stoops

Herbert Morton Stoops (28 may 1887 - 19 may 1948) was an American painter and illustrator.

During the 1920s he illustrated stories for Collier's, Liberty, The Cosmopolitan, or Ladies' Home Journal.

In 1928, he did 11 illustrations for Arthur Conan Doyle's short story: When the World Screamed published by Liberty.
