Lady Doyle, wife of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, died at 3 o'clock yesterday morning at her residence, Undershaw, Hindhead. Lady Doyle, who was 49 years of age, had been in delicate health some years. She was the youngest daughter of Mr. J. Hawkins, of Minsterworth, Gloucester, and married in 1885 Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, then Dr. Conan Doyle and in medical practice at Southsea.
