My dear Sir

I am sending you a marked Fortnightly Review with my article on "Great Britain and the Next War". I do hope you will admit that it is because Europe is an armed camp that we must have the Channel Tunnel. We should be working at it day and nightfor it is our great insurance. Do read this article.
