Letter

Dear Sir

I quite understand and acquiesce about the history, but I am very keen to put the Oscar Slater matter through. I wish you would shorten it up. Every unnecessary delay is hard upon the poor devil. Please let me hear about it.

Yours sincerely
A. Conan Doyle
