Shinebo Won is the most celebrated criminal-catcher of his country, and has been dubbed "the Burmese Sherlock Holmes." His methods are, perhaps, not so scientific as those of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famous creation; but that they are efficacious is proved by the fact that they have resulted in three thousand captures.
