Walter Scott Ltd. (later Walter Scott Publishing Co., Ltd.) was a British publishing company based in London and Felling-on-Tyne (UK), New York (US) and Melbourne (AU) founded by Sir Walter Scott, 1st Baronet of Beauclerc (17 august 1826 - 8 april 1910).
