In the Sherlock Holmes stories

Achmet was a servant of a rajah in a northern provinces of India, which was murdered by The Four, as he was carrying a treasure.


  • Achmet was probably not his real name, and he was travelling pretedning to be a merchant. (SIGN, 2481)
  • He travelled across Rajpootana and seek the shelter of the fort at Agra. (SIGN, 2530)
  • He was carrying the jewels for a rajah. (SIGN, 2598).
