TO THE EDITOR OF THE TIMES.

Sir, — Mr. Harold Cox has contested upon several occasions Mr. Balfour's statement that Bradford has no exports the States. Mr. Cox is certainly right, for he can point to the fact that within the last few weeks Bradford has exported one of its largest spinning mills with capital and plant to Rhode Island. How the instance helps Mr. Cox's position or weakens that of Mr. Balfour is another question.
