Sir, — It is so seldom that even an approximation to our psychic views is shown upon the stage that I think we should support it. Those who see "Outward Bound" at the Garrick Theatre will, I am sure, thank me for calling their attention to it, for it is the most daring, original and arresting play which has been seen in my time upon tho London boards.
