Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Stolen Suspender (play 2013)
From The Arthur Conan Doyle Encyclopedia
Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Stolen Suspender is a British play performed by Hawarden Players at Hawarden Institute (Hawarden, UK) from 18 to 20 july 2013, starring Paul Gilliland as Sherlock Holmes and Daniel Ellis as Dr. Watson.
It's been 2 years since Sherlock Holmes saw off his old adversary, Moriarty, at the Reichenbach Falls, and London's best detective is bored. He hasn't perused another case since, having deemed those presented to him not taxing enough for his intellect... Until now. Amelia Prude was retiring to bed one night, when she intercepted an intruder in her boudoir. The thief managed to grab what he was looking for before making a hasty exit, with her prized possession, a not so ordinary suspender clip.
