  • He was living with his father in a large Queen Anne house near Reigate (REIG 193).
  • He was a dashing young fellow, whose bright, smiling expression and showy dress (REIG 204).
  • With his father, he burglarized Mr. Acton's house to find legal documents (REIG 411).
  • He attacked Sherlock Holmes when he was searching Alec's dressing-gown for the missing part of the note (REIG 317).
