The Crucifer of Blood is an American play written by Paul Giovanni and directed by Sandra Ellis Lafferty, performed by the OpenStage Theatre Company at the Lincoln Center, Mini-Theatre (Fort Collins, CO, USA) from 14 may to 20 june 1982, starring Bruce K. Freestone as Sherlock Holmes and Charlie Ferrie as Dr. Watson.
The play is an adaptation of Arthur Conan Doyle's novel : The Sign of Four (1890).
