Paul Giovanni

Paul Giovanni (2 june 1933 - 17 june 1990) was an American playwright, actor, director, singer and musician. He is best known for writing the music for the 1973 British horror film The Wicker Man, and also for writing the sherlockian play : The Crucifer of Blood in 1978, which he directed himself between 1978 and 1979, for which he received a Tony Award nomination as best director. He taught theater craft and directed productions for the Theater and Speech Department at the University of South Carolina.
