Richard E. Grant

Richard E. Grant (born 5 may 1957) is a British actor who played Sherlock Holmes in 1992 in TV episode The Other Side with Frank Finlay as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
He also played Mycroft Holmes in 2002 in the TV movie Sherlock with James d'Arcy as Sherlock Holmes. The same year he played Jack Stapleton in The Hound of the Baskervilles with Richard Roxburgh as Sherlock Holmes.
In 2007, he was the presenter and narrator of the documentary Elementary My Dear Viewer.
